incidence of and mortality from breast cancer has decreased for all populations, however, the incidence of breast cancer among African American women has now passed that of white women in Delaware. (123.5 cases per 100,000 versus 122.0 cases per 100,000)
- Even more dramatic differences are seen among African American and white women in Sussex County. (133.8 cases per 100,000 versus 115.2 cases per 100,000)
