Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s Southern Lights of Life gala is Delaware’s premier breast cancer event to raise funds for education, outreach, support and resources programs in Kent and Sussex Counties.

This year’s exciting evening will feature dinner, live and silent auctions, a fabulous fashion show celebrating breast cancer survivors and a live performance by Shirley Austin Reeves of The Shirelles!

Last year’s event raised $186,000! The generous support of our donors and guests enabled us to expand our lifesaving programs which increase breast cancer awareness, promote the importance of early detection, and provide support and resources to women and men who have been newly diagnosed with breast cancer or who are facing a recurrence of the disease.

Proceeds from this year’s Southern Lights of Life will help DBCC serve even more people by expanding our Mentor Program, supporting life-saving research efforts in clinical trials, providing screening services for the underserved and continuing to meet the needs of our local community.
