Kelly is the new kid on the block here at DBCC having joined the team in August. As the office Administrative Assistant, she’s responsible for keeping track of partnerships, designing window displays, putting together the weekly Online Boardroom which keeps Staff and Board members abreast of upcoming events and activities, and various other duties.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has spent the last four years working in the non-profit sector and finds herself quite at home within that environment. Before joining DBCC, she was employed through Public Allies, a ten-month leadership and community development AmeriCorps program. During her time as an Ally, she acquired skills and knowledge that she uses every day to do her part in furthering the Mission and Vision of DBCC.
In her spare time, Kelly is involved with the Delaware Jaycees, a leadership, community development volunteer organization, and an affiliate of the International Junior Chamber. When not working or volunteering, she likes to write, sing, paint and be outdoors.
